Client: The Light Spa (SST Group LLC), Bellevue flagship location.
Project Brief: SST was seeing a drop in unique clients (YoY). In order to attract new clients they had diversified their services to include light therapy. After some assessment they realized their name (Seattle Sun Tan) was inhibiting acquisition of potential clients who were not interested in tanning. The solution was to create a new brand within the SST family that focused on spa services while continuing to offer tanning.
My Role, Creative Director: Lead the design ‘flip’ of SST’s flagship salon including: naming and brand identity. I worked alongside key stakeholders and the marketing team to create a modern and sophisticated spa brand that could also compete in the tanning world. I lead the design of the buildings permanent signage, website, packaging, and salon advertising while helping the marketing team create additional brand materials, emails, and social media content.
Results: Success was measured through an increase in revenue (YoY), traffic (YoY), and unique clients (YoY).
