Create 30+ digital advertisements for Starbucks fall campaign.

Starbucks was releasing its annual Pumpkin Spice Latte drink along with other seasonal favorites to help kick off fall. Using the fall Starbucks style guide that was provided we were to create a series of ad placements and SnapChat video ad.

Process

1. Initial layouts.

The client provided a Fall/Holiday style guide to help inspire the creative layouts for these placements. We provided two interpretations of the creative.

 

2. Final layouts.

We delivered our first round of creative to the client and received minimal feedback for the layouts. One piece of feedback that we received wasn’t in line with the Starbucks style guide and we had to compromise with some of the design elements.

 

3. SnapChat ad.

We created several video options for the SnapChat ad and provided some possible music to accompany the visuals. The client selected this version without changes.

Results

Client was pleased with the designs overall, with minor edits.

The client loved the layouts that we created although there was a little push back on some of the design elements used and we simplified what was pulled from the Starbucks style guide.
